The room here was great, offering large beds, central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a writing desk; the staff were all very attentive and helpful, providing excellent service.

the venue was wonderful and lovely, i truly enjoyed the stay and the location was stunning short walk to the mountain, a hill with a great view of the mountains, and the center of ameno. they gave me a decent size room with nice balcony as well as nice view. meals were good, and there was holsteins near the hotel.

The restaurant was magnificent at affordable price, we ordered AMAZING dishes. The location was stunning yet it was right next to downtown area, just 10 minutes by foot. The nice service and the attention to detail!

Ameno is a beautiful village and the mountain view from the room and the outdoor seating at the restaurant at the Albergo was fabulous! It felt as if you were staying in a family home surrounded by several generations.

The worst part of our stay was the uncomfortable bed and the rooms were a bit dingy.

It is a lovely place. The staff is really friendly. It is a lovely place to stay if you want to stress off. You can find walks close to the albergo. The sight from the rooms is absolutely marvellous. And the food is very good

Greatly enjoyed the place, it was little and worked for me. the breakfast had a lot of nice food and drinks. the team provided a welcoming service.

Our hotel was in a quiet and wonderful location, close to Lake Orta and the mountains. the insalata caprese was a work of art. the staff were hard-working, attentive, and took care of us. the vibe at the hotel was quiet and pleasant.

The breakfast offered a wide range of outstanding meals. the stunning and lovely location was very close to Porta Santa Maria. Here I spent 1 night and truly enjoyed being in this place.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor of the hotel. The vintage furniture and delicate floral patterns gave it a warm and nostalgic atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained and had plenty of comfortable seating options, perfect for senior guests like myself. The hotel was also easily accessible for older people, with wide hallways and an elevator available to reach the upper floors. It was evident that the owners cared about the comfort and enjoyment of their older guests.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there with regards to activities and excursions suitable for senior people. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, I felt that they could have provided more recommendations or organized outings specifically tailored for older guests.

We were in Italy for a weekend getaway and stayed at this hotel. The two working AC units in our room were a lifesaver during the heat wave. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in late and arranging an early breakfast for us. The view from our room's terrace was fantastic. We felt right at home with the friendly and helpful team. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the terrace made for a lovely dinner spot.
